You can easily invite other team members by sending them an invitation from the platform. Go to User Management, enter the new user's email address, and send the invitation. The new user will receive an email with instructions to log in to Ortes and access the relevant file.

Is there a demo environment where I can get acquainted with Ortes' (basic) functionalities?

Yes, we offer an offline demo environment where you can explore the basic features of Ortes. This trial allows you to create an organization chart and store documents at the entity level. Because this version runs on your own computer, we can guarantee that your data will never be shared. It's an excellent way to get familiar with our platform without any risks.
