Frequently asked questions

What counts as an entity?
An entity is any legal entity you manage within Ortes — a B.V., N.V., foundation, C.V., or any other legal form. Natural persons (UBOs, directors) do not count as entities.
Can I switch plans as my portfolio grows?
Yes. Ortes automatically adjusts your plan as you add entities. When you exceed 10 entities, you move to Professional pricing. Above 30 entities, we'll reach out to discuss an Enterprise arrangement.
What's included in the annual discount?
Choosing annual billing gives you 15% off your monthly rate — Essentials becomes €10.65/entity/month and Professional becomes €8.50/entity/month, billed as a single annual payment.
What does single-tenant mean for Enterprise?
Enterprise clients receive a fully dedicated, isolated infrastructure — your own private silo. Your data is never co-located with other customers, meeting the strictest security and compliance requirements.
Do you provide supported onboarding?
Yes. On Essentials and Professional you can be up and running on your own within minutes, and guided onboarding is available whenever you'd like a hand getting your structure set up correctly from the start. For Enterprise, supported onboarding is included as standard: our team works alongside yours to map and configure your entities, ownership structure, and compliance data before go-live, so the platform reflects your organisation accurately from day one.
